As a choreographer, Paul has led his teams to 7 Canadian HHI and UDO national championship Gold Medals, 3 USA National Championship Gold Medals and HHI / IDO World Championship medals. 

Paul is also the choreographer for the Canadian national IDO Hip Hop team and has represented Canada at the World HHI and IDO Championships in Germany,  Italy, Austria, Denmark  Las Vegas and Arizona.

 

In 2015 Paul was named choreographer of the year at Canada's biggest street dance competition " Artists Emerge ." Paul's groups have also have won the Artists Emerge finals championship and 780 represent championship.

 

In 2010 Paul was ask to be a choreographer alongside Janet Jackson's principle backup dancer Kelly konno for the 2010 Winter Olympics Celebration stage.
